How to submit
Email privacy@finova.life and include your request type, the contact detail used in the form, and enough information to identify the record. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents unless we specifically request verification.
Verification and response
We may verify your identity before providing, correcting or deleting data. We will respond within the time required by applicable law or explain if we need more time.
Appeals
Where a privacy law gives you a right to appeal our decision, you may reply to our response with the word “Appeal” and explain why you disagree.
