Data Deletion Policy
Users may request deletion of personal data submitted through the website form or generated by website use.

How to submit a request
Send an email to privacy@finova.life with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the phone number or email used in the form so we can locate the record.
Verification
For access, correction and deletion requests we may ask for reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity. We will not require excessive information for opt-out requests.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable period and complete them within the time required by applicable law. If additional time is needed, we will inform the requester where required.
Limitations
Some data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal claims, compliance obligations, transaction records or where deletion would impair another person’s rights.
